MR16 halogen bulbs are the most popular of the dichroic
halogens , we stock a wide range of these all are closed versions in other words
they have lens cover and are commonly marked -C on the lamp which denotes this .
The MR16 halogen bulbs are also usually marked with a specification code which
are M268 ESX - M294 BBF - M269 BAB - M271 FMT - M270 FRA - M281 FMW -
M249 EXT - M250 EXZ - M258 EXN - M280 FNV - M260 EYF - M282 EYJ
- M261 EYC , these type numbers denotes the wattage and the beam angle of the
lamp and the range is available from 10 watt to 75 watt versions in
clear 12 Volt , we stock a range of 24 Volt mr16 bulbs as well as natural
daylight mr16 bulbs , xenon filled 10,000 rated MR16 bulbs coloured mr16 lamps ,
procolour coloured lamps which do not rely on the dichroic filter or gels but
are glass coloured and therefore the colour does not deteriorate and a range of
cool back MR16 lamps . The majority of our range of lamps are prolite or pro-lite
branded offering 3000 hour average life.
MR16 12 volt led lamps are available in White , Red , Blue , Green ,
Ultra violet , Orange , Magenta and an RGB colour changer . These GU5.3 base MR16
are rated at 30,000 hour average life and have 20 led's . You may also require a driver transformer for
these LED's as the draw so little current they may not start up a conventional
low voltage lighting transformer .
